Really happy to have met you on the Charlotte project, as an independent representative on the project. Adding a bathroom in the basement of a building constructed in 1941 was complex, as the city requested plans to obtain a renovation permit. We were pleased with the plans for renovating two kitchens in two 3 ½, and without any hesitation requested your services once again for this project. The complexity was that the city regulations, for the addition of a bathroom in the basement, included different standards depending on whether the building was built before 1960 or after, with regulated heights. A city inspector came to inspect the final work, and the only comment was to ask for your contact information. This testimony represents the serenity of still seeing this job well done today. Rest assured that for other projects we will do business with you.

I have worked with Valdyne on the Charlotte Condos project in Griffintown, as I am the real estate broker and she is the designer. We worked together to coordinate after sales appointments with customers and to answers customer's questions regarding designs, customization and specific details. She was always there when I needed her. A simple text to let her know that I had sent an email and I would receive an answer within minutes. I will be sure to work with her again if we ever have another project together and I recommend her as an interior designer.
