Adding a bathroom in the basement of a building constructed in 1941 was complex, as the city requested plans to obtain a renovation permit. We were pleased with the plans for renovating two kitchens in two 3 ½, and without any hesitation requested your services once again for this project. The complexity was that the city regulations, for the addition of a bathroom in the basement, included different standards depending on whether the building was built before 1960 or after, with regulated heights. A city inspector came to inspect the final work, and the only comment was to ask for your contact information. This testimony represents the serenity of still seeing this job well done today.
