Project summary

New “Bean-to-bar” store

ORGANIC AND FAIR TRADE DARK CHOCOLATE made in Montreal from cocoa beans cultivated and produced by farmers in the Ivory Coast.

Our mission: to design a workshop-boutique space where the manufacture of the raw material is visible and accessible to the public while coexisting with the products derived from dark chocolate. An address to discover where you can follow workshops on the different stages in the elaboration of dark chocolate and by the way, buy the various products designed by none other than the chefs of Amango Cacao.
